Oakley Contractors Ongoing Project – Double Storey Extension
Early stages of another project for Oakley Contractors in the village of Tongham. Working for a lovely family who were considering
moving on to a larger property until they decided that to stay in the property and improve it, was the best option in this instance.
We are building a large double storey extension to the rear of which will house 2 new bedrooms along with an additional bathroom
to the first floor and a large living dining area to the ground floor. There is also a single storey extension to the rear of which will
be a separate utility area, very useful when you have a young family.
To enhance the overall look of the property and confirm its “executive home” status, we will be adding a very carefully designed,
enclosed front porch/boot room to the front.
Update on our large extension in our village of Tongham. Main extension including utility area now ready for plasterers, all external works complete, major internal alterations to come on this project and we will update when these are complete. Sneak preview of front porch of which we feel will enhance the overall look of the property from the front, kitchen and utility design ongoing. Updates to follow.
Oakley Contractors Completed Project – Bathroom
Bathroom project in neighbouring Ash, for a lovely couple who were struggling with a separate toilet and bathing arrangement, we came in and following discussions with the client regards existing layout we decided to remove the wall separating W.C. from bathroom and create one larger area to include both a bath and near level access shower area to suit both the client’s needs.
Another project delivered on time and happy customers who were a pleasure to work for.
